    Rockwood Pigments UK Durham (formerly Elementis Pigments) - It is a clear to slightly opalescent pale straw liquid stabilised stannous octoate (stannous 2-ethyl hexanoate). Tin catalysts are particularly suited to one shot polyether based systems where chain extender and backbone polyether are mixed prior to the addition of isocyanate.
