• BENZOFLEX® 284

  Velsicol Chemical Corporation - Vinyls containing this plasticizer have excellent resistance to staining. Makes caulks stable and have good adhesive characteristics. Also used in polyvinyl acetate adhesives and castable polyurethanes, and in latex paints as a coalescing agent.

  Velsicol Chemical Corporation - A new benzoate plasticizer designed for latex applications. Based on a benzoate ester with proven effectiveness. Can be utilized to advantage in other latex applications such as caulks, adhesives, sealants, coatings. Can be used in plastic systems.

  Velsicol Chemical Corporation - A versatile monomeric plasticizer. Its compatibility with polyvinyl acetate emulsions allows the tailoring of adhesive systems with excellent wet tack, set times and open times. An efficient plasticizer in acrylic latex caulk formulations.

  Velsicol Chemical Corporation - High solvating monomeric plasticizers, exceptional for PVC, an energy-saving property that improves processability by lowering gel/fusion temperatures. Shows good resistance to solvent extraction. Used in vinyl floor coverings in high traffic areas.

• DIETHYLENE GLYCOL DIBUTYL ETHER

  Clariant - Coatings & Construction Chemicals - Clear, colourless, aprotic solvent. This glycol diether features low freezing point, high boiling point, low viscosity and active solvency. It is miscible in any ratio with most organic solvents. Not miscible with water. Used in acrylate resins, and inks.

• DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL DIMETHYL ETHER

  Clariant - Coatings & Construction Chemicals - Colourless liquid with mild pleasant odor. Replacement for NMP. Excellent coalescent and coupling agent with high solvency. Limited solubility in water. Used in water based PU dispersions, two pack PU coating, paint strippers, and anti graffiti coatings.

  Perstorp - A low odor coalescing agent in latex paints formulations that greatly improves film formation, requiring small addition levels, and contributes to better preservation of the paint. It gives greater gloss and flexibility while increasing barrier properties and film integrity.

• VELATE® 262

  Velsicol Chemical Corporation - A clear organic liquid that is useful as a latex coalescing aid and specialty plasticizer. Low in viscosity and moderately volatile when compared to primary plasticizers.

• VELATE® 368

  Matière Première

  Velsicol Chemical Corporation - A water white alkyl ester with low odor, low volatility and low viscosity. Principal use is as a coalescent for trade sales latex paints. Can also be used in numerous other applications requiring an efficient coalescent.
