Velsicol Chemical Corporation - A blend of benzoate plasticizers that is an excellent solvator of polymers. Designed to be compatible with adhesive and caulk polymers. Excellent solvator in PVC applications.
Velsicol Chemical Corporation - Vinyls containing this plasticizer have excellent resistance to staining. Makes caulks stable and have good adhesive characteristics. Also used in polyvinyl acetate adhesives and castable polyurethanes, and in latex paints as a coalescing agent.

EPS, Inc. - Low VOC coalescent for acrylic emulsions. The amount necessary for proper low temperature coalescence varies with different polymers. Compatible with many acrylic emulsions, thorough evaluations to check compatibility and stability should be preformed. A permanent coalescent that remains in the paint film. Should not be stored in PVC containers or piping for extended periods of time.
Lubrizol Advanced Materials, Inc. - A minimal VOC humectant/coalescent which improves the re-dispersibility of pigment pastes in polar liquid media. For use in water-based paints, pigment pastes, and inks.
Cognis - Polymers, Coatings & Inks - Developed for coatings formulations with less than 50 g/l VOC. Produced from renewable raw materials and can replace traditional VOC contributing coalescents.
Perstorp - This is used as a coalescing aid in Latex paint formulations. It lowers the minimum film formation temperature and softens the emulsion polymer particles, allowing them to fuse together to a proper film at lower temperatures than is otherwise possible.
