    Ingrédient

    Stepan Company - A mono & di-glyceride derived from Medium Chain Triglycerides. It has a relatively short chain length of the lipid component of the compound. This gives it mobility in solution and leads to improved wetting characteristics.

  • DREWPOL® 10-1-CC

    Ingrédient

    Stepan Company - Decaglyceryl mono (caprylate/caprate). Used as a weighting agent for beverage emulsions. A specialty emulsifier for applications requiring a high HLB value.
